Maldaru Lake Trek (Detailed Itinerary)
Drive 198km/8-9hrs
From Dehradun Railway Station, we will start our drive to Sankri. In the route, you will come across famous places like Kempty waterfall, Mussoorie, Nainbagh, Netwar, and many others. Sankri is located in Uttarkashi district where you can find apple orchards along with a lot of greenery.
Drive 11km/1 hr; Trek 9km/5-6 hrs
After having delectable breakfast we will drive to Taluka from where the trek for Dharkot will begin. During the trek, you will go through a dense forest of pine trees as well as rich Flora and Fauna.
Get up early in the morning and experience the mesmerizing sunrise which will definitely leave you amazed. Vishkhopri is a meadow where you can find copious Deodar trees. However, during the trekking, you will get eye-catchy views of snow-covered mountains that are sure a treat to your eyes.
On day 04, you will experience the most beautiful part of the trek because today you will be trekking through grazing lands of Batagor where mostly wildflowers grow. In the route, you will also cross streams by using logs. You can have an amazing view of Manju Kanta Pass from your Rashi campsite. The night stay will be scheduled in tents from where you can enjoy the wonderful vistas of nature.
We start early in the morning because Maldaru Base Camp is almost 7km from Rashi. Be very careful while trekking because the route is quite steep and you go through the rocky zone. You will find the entire trekking route filled with loose rocks. After reaching Maldaru Lake, you will find beautiful Brahma Kamal as well as Phen Kamal. The views of Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch, and Black Peak from the base camp are mesmerizing.
Get up early in the morning for descending back to Seema. Say goodbye to the serene atmosphere of Maldaru Base. The amazing views of nature from at Maldaru Lake are sure to leave you stunned and make you fall in love with their beauty.
We will trek back from Seema to Taluka and then drive to Sankri. The dazzling sights of snow-covered mountains will follow you till Taluka. The night stay will be scheduled in Sankri.
Say goodbye to the most memorable trekking trip. By evening, we will reach Dehradun so plan accordingly.

Backpack Offloading Charges
• Offload your backpack to a mule or porter to lighten your load during the trek.
• Offloading charges range from ₹300 to ₹900 per day per bag, depending on the specific trek.
• Ensure your backpack weighs less than 11 kg and is equipped with a waterproof cover.
• Suitcases, trolleys, or duffel bags are not allowed.

Booking Confirmation Policy
• The customer receives a Booking confirmation receipt immediately via Email and WhatsApp of a successful booking.
Cancellation policy
In the event you cancel your trek, cancellation policy we follow :
• Cancellation 20 days before the starting date of the trek – Refund with 10% cancellation charges.
• Cancellation 10 days before the starting date of the trek – Refund with 50% cancellation charges
• Cancellation less than 10 days from the starting date of the trek – No refund
Note: HA gives you a facility in the event of cancellation due to some reason to transfer your trek (same trek and same batch) to your friend.
REFUND :
• The refund will be given in the form of a trek voucher with 1 year validity, you will get an email for your trek voucher, which will take up to 7 working days.
