About Brahmatal Trek
The Brahmatal is a beautiful lake settled deep into the mountains of Uttarakhand. Located amid the impressive peaks of the Himalayas, Brahmatal Lake is known for presenting a tempting picture of nature. The Brahmatal trek takes you to an altitude of up to 12, 250 ft., right in the massive Himalayas in Uttarakhand. Brahmatal Trek (Detailed Itinerary)
(Drive 218km/9-10 hrs.)
You will be picked up from Rishikesh and start the journey to Lohajung. During the journey from Rishikesh to Lohajung, you will go through mountain alleyways that will connect Kumaon hills to Garhwal.
Though it will be a long journey of 9-10 hours but you will enjoy the drive because of the eye-catchy vistas of the mountains. Before reaching Lohajung, you will get an appealing view of Nanda Ghunti's peak. We will be reaching Lohajung in the evening and then stay at night.
(Trek 6km/4-5 hrs)
The trek will begin from Lohajung central market and then move upwards to the upper region of Lohajung. After a short trek, on your left you will see Mandoli village.
After reaching Begum, it will be almost an hour hike which will take you to Bekaltal which is almost frozen at the time of winters. Bekaltal is located at an altitude of 9690ft.
(Trek 7km/5-6 hrs)
We will start the trek early in the morning and you will go through thickets of oak and rhododendrons. After a few hours of trekking the tree line will end and you will enter the meadows.
You will also get an amazing view of Mount Trishul and Mount Nanda Ghunti. We will head towards Bhramatal, from where you will get the majestic views of mountains and valleys.
(Trek 8km/7 hrs)
We will start the trek early in the morning and head towards the Bharamatal top which is an uphill climb. The zigzag ascent trail will take you the Bharamatal Lake which will give you a charismatic view of nature.
You will also witness a 180-degree view of the Himalayan range and peaks. Later, we will descent to Khorurai which is located at an altitude of 9150ft.
(Trek 3km/3-4 hrs)
After having breakfast in the morning, we start the trek from Khorurai to Lohajun which is almost 3km and takes almost 3 to 4 hours. The trail will go through thick forests of oak and rhododendron.
Day 6 will be the last day of your trip and we will be heading back to Rishikesh. You will be reaching Rishikesh by 10 PM.

• Cancellation 20 days before the starting date of the trek – Refund with 10% cancellation charges.
• Cancellation 10 days before the starting date of the trek – Refund with 50% cancellation charges
• Cancellation less than 10 days from the starting date of the trek – No refund
Note: HA gives you a facility in the event of cancellation due to some reason to transfer your trek (same trek and same batch) to your friend.
