The Beas Kund Trek takes you to the source of the river Beas i.e., Beas Kund which is nestled at an elevation of 3893m. Beas Kund is contemplated as a high-altitude alpine lake that sits beautifully among the mountains of Himachal. Trek for Beas Kund begins from Solang Nallah which is an admired destination for paragliding and skiing in Manali. It is said that in the pristine water of Beas lake, Rishi Vyas used to take baths regularly in ancient times.Zigzag and passing through the Solang valley, the entire track to Beas Kund will offer you a thrilling experience as the journey is filled with lots of surprises at every turn. The Beas Kund Trek is not only the easiest trek in the Himachal but also a short trek of only 3 days and ideal for beginners starts from the very famous hill station i.e., Manali which is located at an altitude of 2,050 meters. Grasslands and snow-covered mountains of the Pir Panjal range often enclose this glacial lake, offering a mesmerizing sight. Beas Kund Trek is a beginner level trek that takes you closer to beautiful glacial lakes, glaciers, and loft peaks. April-May or after October is the best weather when it comes to undertaking the Beas Kund trek. The seasons of spring and winter is going to offer you completely a new aspect of the trek. During the march, the temperature for the Beas Kund trek reaches up to 50 degrees. However, trekkers who want to experience the minimum temperature then it can be seen in November. While trekking, you will come across mesmerizing sights that will take your trek to the next adventure level. Right from dark forests of oak, pine, and fir trees to sparkling streams between the forests and camping at marvelous campsites are sure to offer you lifelong memories and make your trek exciting. This trek is going to take you through breathtaking sights of different Himalayan peaks including Deo tibba, Indrasan, Hanuman tibba and obviously the splendid sunrise and sunset of the Himalayan region. During the journey, you will get the chance to stay in camps overnight and experience the delight of sharing tents, indulge in late night talks with other trekkers, and then finally rest in sleeping bags after an exciting and long day. When it comes to the Beas Kund trek difficulty level, the trek is easily moderate, making it an ideal choice even for beginner trekkers. The trek route is very short and can be completed in just three days, making it the best option for first-time trekkers. Although the trail is very easy in the beginning but as you walk towards the end of this trek, you might find it a little difficult. During the Beas Kund trek, you get ready to explore deodar forests. The deodar trees are extensively tall here, making it difficult for you to find the tops. Not only this, but you will also go through maple and walnut trees. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced trekker, Beas Kund Trek should be undertaken at least once in a lifetime. DETAILED ITINERARY
At Solang, all the trekkers need to meet our representative. On the very first day, we will start trekking to Dhundi. You will first pass the captivating valley of Solang which is a famous holiday destination in India and people from across the world come to explore this beautiful hill station. From Solang, we will start the trek to Bakar Thach via Dhundi. Remember Dhundi is an attractive spot with the Beas river filled with stones flowing through and forested hills highlighting its banks. In the distance, you will also get the chance to see the mountain of Hanuman Tibba. From here, we will start the trek for Beas Kund and its first point is trekking to Dhundi. It is a gradual and long climb that will take you through the mountains. This will further lead you to a scenic camping site at Bakar Thach. After reaching the campsite, you will love camping by the river and listening to the sound of water wetting the rocks. Night stay for all the trekkers is scheduled in camp and also hot food will be served.
Get up early in the morning because day 02 is going to be the toughest, longest, and most essential part of the Beas Kund trekking. It will also take you near the origin of the Beas river and then we will trek back to Bakar Thach. As you trek a little high from the starting point, you will witness amazing sights of nature appearing. After admiring the beautiful views, again start trekking and after a while, you will reach another stunning viewpoint. From here, you can see grassy mountain slopes and sparse shrubs that are no less than a treat to the eyes. Again after trekking a bit, you can watch the glacier that comes along with the river evolving from it. Apart from the glaciers, you can also see barren mountains. Continue your Beas Kund trekking and arrive at another mesmerizing spot. This is the point where you will see that even trees stop growing. Here you can notice that shrubs are getting smaller and lighter at the same time. The mountains surrounding this spot even have some landslide marks which are filled with rocks.After trekking for almost four long hours, you will reach the final destination i.e., Beas Kund. You need to know that Beas Kund is a small alpine lake where the waters look bright blue. Several small streams together make up the main river that you can distinguish easily.Click some beautiful pictures and then trek back to Bakar Thach as your night stay is scheduled in the camps.
This is the last day of the trek and we will trek back to Solang valley and then finally drive to Manali. Make sure to start the day early after witnessing the beautiful sunrise of the mountains. After having breakfast, all the trekkers will start to descend back to Solang Valley. By the evening, we will reach Manali and from here the trekkers can get their tickets done accordingly for their hometown. This will mark the end of the trekking journey with lots of sweet and thrilling memories.

Backpack Offloading Charges
• Offload your backpack to a mule or porter to lighten your load during the trek.
• Offloading charges range from ₹300 to ₹900 per day per bag, depending on the specific trek.
• Ensure your backpack weighs less than 11 kg and is equipped with a waterproof cover.
• Suitcases, trolleys, or duffel bags are not allowed.

Cancellation policy
In the event you cancel your trek, cancellation policy we follow :
• Cancellation 20 days before the starting date of the trek – Refund with 10% cancellation charges.
• Cancellation 10 days before the starting date of the trek – Refund with 50% cancellation charges
• Cancellation less than 10 days from the starting date of the trek – No refund
Note: HA gives you a facility in the event of cancellation due to some reason to transfer your trek (same trek and same batch) to your friend.
REFUND :
• The refund will be given in the form of a trek voucher with 1 year validity, you will get an email for your trek voucher, which will take up to 7 working days.
